Thank you for responding to my email.

However - I believe I need to dis-abuse you of a few erroneous notions.

1. You state in your email that: "Today there are 10 to 12 million undocumented aliens living in the United States..."

You should know as well as I, that those numbers are more likely closer to 20-30 million.


2. You stated that: "our country needs security at our borders in order to slow the flow of illegal immigration..."

Wrong - Our country needs security at our borders to STOP the FLOW of ILLEGAL ALIENS . Your terminology is also wrong. They are illegal "aliens" and not "immigrants".


3. You stated that: " A majority of the people who enter America illegally, after all, come here to work"

That's the point - they are here "illegally" --- to "work".
Where is the part where they "come here to be Americans" ??
See - that is the difference between an "Immigrant" and an "Alien".

4. You stated: "the full Senate will need to address ways we can balance security interests with our economy's labor needs"

You do not balance "Security Needs" with "Labor Needs".
Remember 9/11 ?? You are asking for more of the same.


5. You stated: "Let me be clear, I do not support amnesty..."

Let me be clear - The Majority of LEGAL American Taxpayers - DO NOT Support Amnesty. Amnesty DOES NOT Work.


6. You stated: "...but I do understand the labor challenges facing our nation..."

What ??
You think we don't understand or are incabale of understanding the "Labor Challenges" facing our nation ?

We have a shortage of unskilled labor ??
Here's a clue or two for you and your buddies on the Hill --

Stop Welfare Services for illegal aliens
Quit allowing companies to hire illegals aliens
Deport the illegal aliens - most will want want to leave by then anyway.

What ?? Now we really do have a shortage of Unskilled Labor ??

DO NOT Allow Welfare Recipients to vote. They are "Wards of the State".
Now STOP Welfare for the lazy bums who just dont want to get off the couch.

Still have a worker shortage ?
I guess some businesses will be paying some folks some overtime.

Still Want Immigrants ?

Fine - ONLY Allow a "skilled, educated labor force" to enter the USA for the sole purpose of "Immigration and Naturalization" into an American Citizen. And only enough immigrants to keep the US population growth from decreasing.

The Latino protesters showed their true colors on their first march.
Do not allow yourself or your fellow Senators to be deceived by the American flag waving from the second March.

We know that Latino Organizations like "La Raza, Aztlan, and Mechistas, as well as
several communist front groups and the Mexican Consulates here in the states were
behind these organized protests.

Make no mistake - not one of these organizations are concerned about the welfare of the USA. Most of the Illegal Aliens from South of the border do not care about becoming a US Citizen. The protesters we saw are like many in the world today -- they hate us -- but they love our money.

Right now - we have apporimately 12-30 million illegal aliens in our nation that have no allegience to the United States .

What happens if we get into a war with Mexico ?? Could we fight Mexico and still watch our backs ??

So much for "Balancing Security Needs with Labor Needs".

The Republicans and the Democrats had better grow some cohones and deal with the problem you have spent the last forty years creating. You are allowing our nation to be stolen right out from under our very noses.

RE: The debate over Illegal Aliens.

First and foremost - the only "Immigration Reform" should
be reforming a government that ignores it's duty to uphold
the current laws against "illegal Aliens".

Just to be clear - I am not a racist. My wife is Hispanic.
To further clarify - I am an Outraged American Taxpayer.

Understand this Mr President, Senators and Congresspersons -

You have the obligation to honor your oath of office and
uphold the laws of this nation. To do otherwise makes you a
criminal - and possibly a traitor.

You have seen the protesters waving the Mexican flag and

Citizen". The only reason they want the title of "American
Citizen" is for the benefits that would accrue to them and
their families still south of the border. Which is a fine thing
to want. However, with the title "American Citizen" come
certain obligations and loyalties that these folks obviously
do not want nor seem to understand.

Just Say No - to Amnesty.

To simplify this issue for you - I will walk you thru -

Your Job - Step-by-Step

First - Seal our Southern Border.

Second - Enforce the laws that are currently on the books
regarding illegal aliens.

Third - Crack down on companies that hire illegal aliens.

Fourth - Crack Down on Forgers. Forging Govt documents

Fifth - Quit talking about "Amnesty" and Guest Worker".

We are out here and we are outraged at the lack of courage
both houses and both parties have revealed in the face of
the massive protest marches of "ILLEGAL ALIENS".

We are 298 million LEGAL Citizens strong -
minus a few million traitors.

I remember my oath when I joined the Air Force in 1977:

"...I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."

The oath I swore then, at 17 did not end with my military
service. No, the oath I swore still resides in my heart to
this very day. Should my country have need for me to leave
behind my wife, my kids, my home and my job; so be it.

I have recently read about your wonderful plan to rid our planet of 4/5 of the human population. Quite an admirable and far-reaching goal - if your heroes are murdering scum like Colonel Pol Pot, Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin.

Okay - so now you know what I think about You and Your -

Plan 9 - From Outer Space

Quite frankly, I am unable to fathom how you, a "Distinguished Eco-Scientist", could even vocalize use of a "man-made" airborne Ebola Virus to kill off most of the human population. Much less, how you could stand on a platform and give a speech to other scientists advocating the same.

Please tell us Dr Pianka, how many years of "Cannabis Enhanced Meditation" does it take to develop a plan such as your "Plan 9" ?

Could you please help us all to understand, how such a well
educated person could concieve of such a reprehensible and
ecological disaster as your "Plan 9" ?!?!

For the sake of argument, let's say that you are right, and we need to quickly kill off 4/5 of the human population. I worry about the "ecological ramifications" your diabolical "Plan 9" may have on the environment. Which, it seems, you may have failed to consider.

So here are my well considered thoughts about "Plan 9".

First

Would you agree with me that one of the primary goals of an ecologist - is to keep "native" flora, fauna, etc... living in their natural state and natural habitat ??

If that is true, then please explain how you could advocate spreading something so devastatingly nasty to the all the rest of the world. Something that currently only resides naturally in certain small rural localities of Africa ?

Second

The Ebola Virus is not a natural airborne contagion.

Help us all to understand how an ecologist could advocate "tampering" with and modifying this wonderful little Ebola critter into something so "disgustingly unnatural" ?

Isn't your "Plan 9" diametrically opposed to the highest of ecological ideals ??

Or is it okay to change a "natural" thing into something "unnatural" - so long as your lofty goals are met ?
( i.e. - "the ends, justify the means)

Third

At the 109th meeting of the Texas Academy of Science held at Lamar University in Beaumont this past March 2006; it is reported that you stated the following:

"AIDS is not an efficient killer, he explained, because it is too slow"

Okay, so AIDS is not efficient enough for you - it's too slow.
Somehow - you managed to leave out extremely painful, de-humanizing, etc...

Fourth
It has been reported that you favor using Airborne Ebola:

"because it is both highly lethal and it kills in days, instead of years"

Why do you advocate having people suffer excruciating pain for days instead of using something that would end their miserable, useless lives and their excruciating pain in just a matter of a few minutes ?

What ??
Are you trying to punish these 5-billion people - as well as kill them ?

Did these 5-billion useless, miserable souls do something to hurt you ??

Well then, if you are not out to punish these poor folks and you are just looking for the most "efficient" means to kill them...

Why not advocate the use of Nerve Agents ?

Nerve Agents kill in just mere minutes instead of years or days. Also, nerve agents can be made to break down into harmless elements in just a matter of a few hours or days.

I sincerely advise you to immediately scrap your "Plan 9" and adopt this more "Eco-Friendly Plan 10".

AND - If you are truly serious about protecting the planetary environment from "Walking Human Garbage" then you will want and urgently need to garner "large grassroots support" for your new "Eco-Friendly Plan 10".

If YOU, Your Fellow Scientists, "Ecologists" and the many "Psycho-phants" that agree with you - will VOLUNTEER to be THE FIRST of the "Walking Human Garbage" to be euthanized under your new "Eco-Friendly Plan 10" -

Then I can sincerely guarantee that myself and ALL my old friends and ALL my new friends (at least 5-billion souls strong) will support your new "Eco-Friendly Plan 10" - for as long as you and your buddies continue to kick and twitch.
